Bespoke On-site/ Virtual Instructor-led Training (BILT/ VILT)

Overview

We recommend this form of training if you are an organisation/ business seeking a cost-effective way to train a small group of employees (min. 3 and max. 12 for on-site classroom training and max. 15 employees in virtual classroom training).

Important notes

  1. The main difference between standard training and bespoke training delivery is that, in the latter case, upon client's request, we can modify the content of the training materials to reflect the common language and working practices used in the normal operating environment.

  2. In order to effectively prepare for delivery of bespoke on-site classes, we need to gather information about your organisation, its history, industry sector, products or services, customers, clients, and end users, types of operational and commercial activities, the marketplace in which your company is trading, legislation, etc.

This type of training is:

  • Delivered on-site or on-line by our instructors

  • Private, for corporate clients' employees only

  • Normally conducted in a physical classroom training environment, but it is also available in virtual classroom instructor-led (VILT) form of delivery

  • Based on bespoke training materials, prepared on the corporate client's request

  • Designed to provide individuals with the technical skills and information required to perform a specific job or group of jobs.

  • Designed to to enhance existing knowledge of adult professionals in a knowledge area, and support their continuous education efforts.

Content-wise, these courses are delivered based on bespoke training materials, that are prepared on request from the corporate client
