Dear Stratos,

Thank you for your replies to my questions. I appreciate this a lot and now it all makes sense.

It is fair to say that I have never experienced a trainer who has been able to demonstrate such a vast depth of knowledge for a field of knowledge, such as Lean Six Sigma, and conveyed it in such a way that every day was captivating and interesting.

There was never a moment when I doubted your knowledge and expertise and as I think I wrote in my first email, the added business context you added was invaluable.

Whilst I have not received any prior LSS training, and therefore have nothing to compare it to in this field of study, I do genuinely feel I have been trained by the best.

Thank you for an inspiring week, for which I am incredibly grateful.

I tend to be reflector, so I will go away and review the learnings from this week, and study hard for the exam.

Keep enjoying training courses delivery as your hobby!

Thanks a lot, Stratos you are excellent and passionate trainer; I am quite impressed, as this is not easy to deliver online instructor-led training, and the subject of Lean Six Sigma is vast. However, your explanations were clear, and were supported by good examples.

Thank you for letting me know that I successfully completed the LSS Master Black Belt training course, and the course assessment and exam scores!

I really enjoyed your teaching style, and I must thank you again. My objective was to learn, I consider it as "organic growth" and it is the best investment in... somebody I trust in, i.e., myself. The objective was fully met. Sure, at the end of the week I was quite exhausted and overwhelmed by the volume of information you conveyed during the course. It will take some time to “digest” it, but I definitely feel already “richer”.

I hope to have the chance to meet you again as lecturer in some future course.

May I say I am surprised, but incredibly happy, with the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt exam result, and the speed in which you marked the papers.

I admit that, at times, I found it hard going dealing with complex issues, with all the information you provided, often thinking I would never remember enough.

As you know, some of the topics were complicated, making the sessions quite intense. The fact that I, and all other course participants, passed the exam is testament to your knowledge and teaching skills!

Your knowledge is extensive, which was to our benefit. You did not just cover the basics, to help us pass the exam; you also provided us with deep insight about how the principles, tools, and techniques work with real life examples.

Please accept my sincerest thanks for all the support, and patience to me and the rest of the crew.

Take care, keep healthy, and who knows, I may just pitch up for the LSS Black Belt in the future.
