Our Corporate Values "Our Way"

"Our Way" is based on the following core corporate values:

1. Customer Focus: We think about our customers, in all that we do during the course of our daily work, and this is reflected in our "Customer Charter". Creating great customer experience along the customer's journey begins with staying true to the words we speak and the bonds we make. 

 

2. Empowerment and continuous improvement: we train our people, we provide them the knowledge, and resources they need to perform their daily tasks and activities, and we empower them, and involve them in activities to continuously improve the performance of our business processes, and the quality of our products and services.

 

3. Honesty: It is not just the best policy. It is core business practice to act in a transparent, trustworthy manner, that earns respect from colleagues, customers, and the public.

 

4. Integrity: We inspire trust and confidence in our customers, shareholders, colleagues and ourselves. Acting with strong ethics is priority for everyone representing our organisation, as well as the company's behaviour as a whole.
