Our Services

Status Assessment - New MS
-
Similar with an internal MS audit.
-
Conducted before initiating the project to develop and implement a MS
-
Determines the current state of the MS against the requirements of the selected management system standard (MSS).
-
Identifies gaps in the documentation and implementation of policies, processes, and procedures
-
The Assessor produces a Status Assessment Report, with findings, and recommendations, and the proposed Action Plan
-
Above report and action plan are the primary inputs to the project, for developing and implementing the new MS.
Project Management - Development & Implementation of New MS
-
End-to-End (E2E) project management for development and implementation of a new MS to certification.
-
Project start: formal management approval to start-up the project
-
Project end: confirmation of readiness for the external (third party) certification audit
-
Project outputs (deliverables): a) documented MS that meets all requirements and conforms with the selected MSS, ready for the certification audit. b) trained internal resources to maintain, and continuously improve the MS post-certification.
Advice & Support - Implementation of New MS

Advice and support during the implementation of a new MS, when:
The client has decided to use its own project resources from the MS dsign stage to certification
Due to the lack of previous experience in implementation of a new MS, based on the selected MSS, the client requires advice to the project management team on a full-time, or part-time basis.

Project Management - Transition of MS to Revised Version of MSS
-
End-to-End (E2E) project management for transitioning an implemented and certified MS to conformance with the requirements of a revised MSS
-
Triggered due to ISO publishing of a new version of the MSS to which the above MS is certified to.
-
Project start: formal management approval to start-up the project
-
Project end: confirmation of readiness for certification audit, to be conducted by an independent external (third party) organisation (registrar) against the requirements of the revised MSS
-
Project outputs (deliverables): a) documented MS that meets all requirements and conforms with the selected MSS, ready for the certification audit. b) trained internal resources to maintain, and continuously improve the MS post-certification.
