How will I access the webinar?
You will receive an email with the login details. Please note, only registered email addresses will be permitted in the workshop, i.e. the email address on which you were registered for the workshop.

What do I need to be able to participate in a webinar?
We continue to monitor our online options. Currently we are using Zoom to deliver workshops. We recognize that there have been some concerns regarding Zoom security, however we are using the commercial version, and applying all security recommendations and updates as they occur. Click here to learn about the technical requirements for your personal computer. Both video tutorials and articles are available.

Can I test my connection before the webinar begins?
Yes.  You will be able to login to the online workshop about 20 min. before the scheduled start-time to test your connection, audio and video. Login details will be provided closer to the delivery date.

How will I be able to ask a question?
Zoom allows for participants to “raise their hand” to ask questions. In addition to the trainer, a moderator will be present for the full duration of the workshop to ensure questions are answered and group interaction is managed well.

Will group work still be a part of the workshop experience?
Yes. Zoom provides the ability to have small breakout groups, so that role-playing, and case study discussions can continue as in a classroom setting.

Will the workshops remain on the same days at the same time as the classroom versions?
Yes, to accommodate the online learning environment, we are delivering the workshop between 09:00 am  to 17:00 pm

How will I receive my certificate for completing the course or participating in the workshop?

Completion of all segments of the online version will be recorded on your file. If the course includes an exam, once you have taken the exam online and PASSED, you will receive your certificate in digital (PDF) format.

What happens if I am experiencing technical difficulties during the course?

Click here to review the troubleshooting tips provided by Zoom. A workshop moderator will also be available throughout the duration of the workshop to answer questions and concerns. You will also receive a "Tips and Lessons Learned" page with your login details.

What happens if I am not able to attend all delivery dates of the training course or workshop?

We would ask that you are able to attend all sections before signing up.  If circumstances change, we will address each situation individually.  Cancellation policy for the workshop remains in effect as for in class.

How will I receive my training manual?

We will e-mail all participants and provide a link to access the training materials and download them in PDF format before the training course/ workshop begins.
