During this training course, you will explore the different components of an EOMS, including the importance of leadership and demonstration of management commitment, the policy and objectives of an EOMS, and the processes and procedures associated with performance evaluation, internal audit, management review, and continual improvement.

• Understand the fundamental concepts and principles of an EOMS, as defined by ISO 21001

• Understand the elements and operations of an EOMS and its core processes

• Recognise the interrelationship between ISO 9001, ISO 21001, and other international standards and regulatory frameworks

• Understand the approaches, methods and techniques used for the implementation and management of an EOMS based on ISO 2100

• Understand, at high level, the roadmap for development and implementation of an EOMS framework based on the ISO 21001 requirements.

• Preparing for the certification audit

 

Prerequisites

Proficiency in the English language, willingness to learn, and open mind to new ways of working.

Training Approach

​

The course covers both theory and practice:

• Slide-based training sessions, supported by examples

• Preparation for the exam

• Practice test (mock exam) simulating the certification exam.

Examination

​

Upon completion of the training course, you can sit for the exam and become Certified in ISO 21001 Foundation.

​

• Duration             60 min.

• Format               Open book

• Nr of questions  30, multiple choice

• Pass mark          70% ( correct answers).
