This 1-day course outlines the relationship of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Business Process Management (BPM) to Operational Excellence (OpEx) and provides insight into the needed skills and tools.

Prerequisites

Proficiency in the English language, willingness to learn, and open mind to new ways of working.

It will be useful if course delegates will have attended a LSS training course at the Yellow Belt standard.

Training Approach

The course covers both theory and practice:

  • Slide-based training sessions, supported by examples

  • Preparation for the Foundation exam

  • Practice test (mock exam) simulating the certification exam.

Examination

Upon completion of the training course, you can sit for the exam and become certified in Business Process Management.

Following are the exam details:

  • Duration             45 min.

  • Format               Closed book

  • Nr of questions  30 (multiple choice, onecorrect answer)

  • Pass mark          70% (21 correct answers).

The Foundation exam covers the following domains:

  • BPMN 2.0

Certification

The Business Process Management certificate will be issued to delegates passing the exam.
