Consulting Services
Assuming that the project management team that will design, develop, document, and implement the ISO MS of interest comprises internal business resources, such as company employees, our services include:
-
Status assessment (gap analysis)
-
Project advise
-
Technical project support.
Status Assessment
A status assessment, a.k.a. gap analysis, is similar to an internal audit:
-
It is a tool for determining how your, e.g. QMS, measures up to the requirements of an ISO MSS, such as ISO 9001
-
Its purpose is to help your business determine the gaps between the current state of your day-to-day operation in the area of, e.g. quality management, as compared with the requirements of, e.g. ISO 9001.

A gap analysis should be conducted, as process step towards achieving formal certification of your MS for compliance with the requirements of the corresponding ISO MSS:
-
Before commencing the design, development, and implementation of a business management system, such as QMS, that is based on adoption of an ISO MSS, such as ISO 9001
-
After the above e.g. QMS, has been implemented and operated for a minimum period of 3 months, to determine if the e.g. QMS is ready to undergo the certification audit. This assessment can also "count" as internal audit of the e.g. QMS.
