Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Auditor

Overview

Over recent years many organisations have combined their Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety Management Systems to create an integrated management system.

In many instances though, they still carry out separate audits as required by ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 with duplication in management system administration, documentation, effort and cost but little additional value.

The 2-day Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Auditor training provides delegates with the knowledge and skills required  to carry out audits of an Integrated Management System, in order to both:

  • Assess and determine compliance with the above-mentioned standards

  • Identify potential for audit and management systems' performance improvement.

The course is designed to support:

  • Internal auditors of existing Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety Management Systems, who need to broaden their capability for effective conduct of such audits

  • Delegates who have no previous experience in auditing but are familiar with the requirements of the above-mentioned standards.

The course takes delegates through the integrated audit process, from the development of the audit schedule through to its follow up and close out.

In order to benefit from this course, delegates are expected to have knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
