Overview
The 5-day Lead Auditor training course aims to provide participants with the knowledge, and develop the skills and expertise necessary to:

Audit a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015

Ensure that the organization is competent in maintaining and continually improving its QMS

Perform third party audits by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures and techniques

Proficiently plan and perform internal and external audits in compliance with ISO 19011 and the certification process according to ISO 17021.

Manage audit teams and audit programmes, communicate with customers, resolve conflicts, etc.
Based on practical exercises, the participants will master the audit tools and techniques.

Overview

The 2-day ISO 19600 Foundation training helps you to become acquainted with the best practices of Compliance Management Systems (CMS). It enables you to learn the basic elements to implement and manage a Compliance Management System (CMS) as recommended by the ISO 19600 standard.
During this training course, you will be able to understand the different modules of a CMS, including compliance policy, controls, procedures, performance measurements, management commitment, internal audit, management review and continual improvement.

Foundation
After completing this course, you can sit for the exam and become Certified in ISO 19600 Foundation. The above certificate shows that you have understood the Compliance Management Systems methodology, guidelines and management approach.
