Lean Startup

Introduction

In today’s fast changing and uncertain business landscape, organizations that learn faster, and, as a result, make better business decisions, will prevail and prosper.

In a world changing at an unprecedented rate, large-size organizations must:

  • Adapt to the new pace of rapid change

  • Start operating in new ways to survive and remain relevant and profitable.

While many organizations find themselves flush with employee ideas, they have no meaningful and practical way to:

  • Test those ideas

  • Take them further, based on test measures and results, short of over-investing in full-blown product development, which often turns out to be costly mistake.

The prerequisites for business survival and sustained growth and profitability are:

  • Adaptation to change

  • Evolution to gain or maintain competitive advantage

  • Innovation

Overview

In this 2-day training course delegates will learn how they can help their organisations in:

  • Creating a company culture that empowers employees to work on their own ideas and drive growth.

  • Product, service, and business evolution and innovation, based on the philosophy, principles, tools and techniques of the "Lean Startup".
