Main Differences between Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer Training

The main difference between these two levels of training is on focus.

Our recommendation is to choose:

  • Lead Auditor course is recommended if you aspire to become an auditor

  • Lead Implementer course is recommended if you aspire to become Project Manager, focusing on implementation and maintenance of business Management Systems

  • Both courses if you work in a consulting firm; this is the best way to learn about both practices, and their tools and techniques.
